The 2011 Jordan Art Festival Receives Grant

This activity is funded, in part, by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.

A Big Check Event Event - 2010

Pictured at the January 29 "Big Check" event are Maureen Carlson and Kathy Mattson, from the Jordan Art Festival committee, and State Representative District 35b, Mark Buesgens.

The "Big Check" event is an opportunity to celebrate the importance of the arts and to meet with area legislatures and with other recipients of the 2010 grants.  The check represents the $5000 grant that was received from MRAC for the 2010 Jordan Art Festival.
 

Arts Organizations Receive Grants

The awards reception was held at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center.
